Directions for Use
It is recommended to take 5 drops daily by mouth, preferably sublingually, ideally during meals. 5 drops (daily dose) contain 50 micrograms of Vitamin D3 (equivalent to 2,000 IU) and 50 micrograms of Vitamin K2.
